Commemorative Granite Plaque

For a donation of $500, these commemorative plaques are Plaque 305 x 150mm engraved with up to 3 lines of 12 characters (including spaces) each. 

These plaques will serve as a lasting tribute to supporters of the Southland Charity Hospital. The commemorative plaques will be situated in the Blair Vining Garden to be created on-site at the Southland Charity Hospital premises.
